REUNION IN REVIEW

We stayed at the Chattanooga Choo Choo. Chattanooga ,Tenn. For a 4 night stay, May 15- 19, 2010

Attended reunion 33 Shipmates all total 66 with Guest, We had 65 at the Banquet Dinner Buffet, 64 at the Welcome Aboard and Saturday night we had a Group Dinner in the Station House Café with singing waiters and waitress , Sunday all 33 went on a Sightseeing Riverboat  Lunch Cruise it was raining when we started but the day got better and after the Cruise  we walked through the Passage back to the Choo Choo on the Electric Shuttle. Monday we did a Tour on All Aboard USA Motor Coach  great outfit, Our Tour consist of Ruby Falls, Tour of Downtown Area & Rock City, Battle of Chattanooga, Point Lookout and took the Incline down. All 32 in attendance. The Highlights of our reunion was our Welcome Aboard we had 4 of our Gutsy Sailors doing the Hula Dance, it can be seen on youtube.com search  USS POWER look under Hula Dance. The food at the Banquet and the Welcome Aboard Dinner Buffets was great at the Choo Choo.The 50/50 winner was Nick Giancola.
