Powerful Ladies AuxiliaryEd and I would like to extend our heart felt sympathy to Mary Ann Mitchell on the death of her husband Bill Mitchell. My God bless and protect her and her family. Hello wives and shipmates. We had a great time in Chattanooga thanks to John and Kay Pinto's great planning. We had great sight-seeing trips and had to run in between a few rain drops to our tours and thoroughly enjoyed the great food and the waiters and waitresses singing and entertaining us. A big thank you goes out to Ed, John Pete and Brady for their wonderful version of Hawaiian hula dancers. I'm sure the audience had a big laugh to end our Welcome Aboard Dinner. Next years theme will be Country-Western for our Welcome Aboard Dinner. A shout out goes to Pete, Stephanie and Danielle DePietro for a wonderful Bingo night with a lot of prizes. We made $100.00 from the bingo games and that will be donated to finish the quilt. It was great to see all the homemade and donated items at our dinner dance.
